The Problem
The Paired homepage was struggling to communicate the value propositions of the app—users weren’t sure what the app offered beyond daily questions, and key CTA engagement was below expectations. I wanted to clarify the brand story while improving conversions, proving that creative and brand work could move meaningful metrics.

Working closely with Research and Product, I led a refresh focusing on ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and brand messaging across the homepage. My work focused on anchoring the Paired story around key relationship stressors that resonated with users.

The redesign delivered measurable results, including an uplift rate on main CTA buttons, a stronger brand clarity across the funnel—and also provided proof that strategic brand and creative work can directly influence performance metrics
